The Larnaka 2030 Artistic Program was developed through a process of fermentation – through many discussions, collaborations, and collective work. This is the approach we took to co-create the Bid Book, and we intend to follow this process in the future to incorporate new ideas into the Artistic Programme: openly, democratically, collectively.
To this end, we are opening the path to present new ideas that can become part of the Artistic Programme.
If you have an idea that could enrich the Larnaka 2030 community—artists, cultural professionals, groups, organisations—you can submit it and present it at the two-day Co-Creators Assembly conference held on March 28 and 29, 2026, at the St. George Lyceum in Larnaca.

The submission and presentation of new ideas within the framework of this open call DOES NOT IN ANY WAY imply automatic inclusion in the Larnaca 2030 Artistic Program.
Larnaka 2030 operates transparently and does not seek to appropriate or make unauthorised use of any ideas submitted.
Participants are solely responsible for securing any intellectual property rights relating to the idea they submit. If such rights exist, participants must have secured the necessary licenses or authorizations in advance.
Alternatively, participants may present ideas under an open source regime without exclusive intellectual property rights.
